2017 Broken Wing Merlot
The original vintage of this broken wing was born of a band of barrels that just couldn’t take flight, like a theif without a worthy con, a hoodwinker without a hood. Now, finding a proper home in the C & T gallery of red rogues for a second time.
Tasting Notes: This vintage takes flight amongst mountains of Mulberries, Blueberries, Black Mulch and Earth tones. Tips a wing towards Eucalyptus & Rosemary Sprigs. Monstrous in body, well rounded in all arts of thievery.

Winemakers Notes: "If I remember correctly, this comes from Bob down in Oliver, back when he owned the vineyard. Picked in the dead of night, the tractor almost dropped a bin on Bob's car. Corey Heart helped on this one, we did the small lot stuff, skin soak for a bit, daily punchdowns. Good job on this Corey."
